The location was unbeatable with easy access to popular destinations and a well-stocked supermarket nearby. The apartment was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, thanks to the attentive cleaning team. this will be our go-to place in NYC!

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring downtown. It's conveniently close to all the tourist attractions and situated in the financial district. The rooms are spacious with a modern and clean feel, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

There is construction noise in the building during weekdays, which can be bothersome at times.

Tidy and impressive room, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, my stay lasted for 7 nights. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from a shopping mall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with the metro station just opposite and all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The spacious apartments were a real treat, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The amenities in the room were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the range of toiletries provided in the bathroom. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Great service! Arrived early and staff let me check in early. Had trouble with the stove when cooking, but technician came right away to help. Love the design and amenities, especially the record player and market downstairs. highly recommend!

Too dark overall

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is amazing and there are so many great services provided, like grocery shopping and bell staff. The room was very well equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed.

The perfect location without being in Times Square, which is chaotic and with almost no meters on the door.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to upgrade our room. the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a dishwasher and a big fridge. the subway station was conveniently located across the street.

The hotel was a bit far from most of the main attractions in New York, so we had to rely on public transportation a lot. It would have been more convenient if it was closer to the city's main attractions.

Covered sink, parking is not from the hotel and parking service is fatal, security has no knowledge of where the parking is and finally they must be much more specific and notify the host that the Parkin is 2 blocks away, they do not accept cash payments, ect

I loved staying in this hotel! The location was unbeatable, very close to the subway station and I could easily explore the whole city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available helping me with everything I needed. The hotel facilities were great, my room was immaculately clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

What an amazing property! I stayed at this hotel for a week and it exceeded all my expectations. The location in the heart of the Financial District was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel has retained its original architecture, giving it a unique and eclectic feel. The studio apartment I stayed in was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The wifi was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a great spot in the Financial District, with several subway lines nearby, and the original art deco reception area adds to the charm. Laundry is not in the room, but it's available on the 6th floor.

unfortunately no toilet brush and not the most modern type of shower but the bathroom was all in one nevertheless good.

apartment was on the 5th floor - not high enough to keep out street noise and constant noise of the countless air conditioners. unfortunately we did not have a good sleep in the night.

new york is noisy and currently characterized by various construction activities. hotel is also indirectly affected by this. on the streets around the hotel construction is going on and work often starts in the night before dawn. so you have to expect construction noise. somehow this fits to new york, so those who are looking for the sounds, smells and hustle and bustle will be right here.
